Positive comments: Személyzet barátságos. Negative comments: Sajnálatos módon az a tapasztalatunk, hogy nem a magyar vendégekre vannak az árak kitalálva. Felháborító, hogy ezen a szoba áron még reggelit sem kap a vendég. Fizessen parkolót,ha az autóját biztonságban akarja tudni. A szobában a klíma nem működött, ha az ablakot kinyítjuk a zajtól nem lehet aludni. Mindkét nap csótányszerű bogarakat találtunk ami nem a takarító személyzet munkályának köszönhető ugy gondoljuk. Szóval a szobaár rendkívül magas ezért a színvonalért. Ami furcsa volt, hogy Magyarországon, magyar szállodában magyar pincér rendkívül udvariasan ugyan de nem magyarul üdvözli a magyar vendéget. Vagy talán az a furcsa ha egyáltalán magyar vendége van a szállodájuknak? Ugy gondolom elsősorban magyarul kellene kezdeni a köszönést és ha hallja, hogy a vendég nem magyar akkor köszönjön vissza az ő nyelvén. Egy szóval sajnálatos, hogy a szállodák nagy része, nem a magyar emberek ellátására specializálódik hanem a külföldi vendégekre van berendezkedve.

Positive comments: It is a really nice hotel in Budapest. Nice to stay in this hotel since it is located in a good place, very convenient to see the sites between the Daonue(?) River since most sites are within good walk distance. We enjoyed the stay there very much.

Positive comments: Frühstück ganz ok! Negative comments: Badezimmer war beim Einziehen nicht sauber (vor allem Toilette). Unter dem Bett befand sich noch Müll der Vorgänger. Zimmer wurde jeweils nicht richtig geputzt (Boden wurde nicht sauber gemacht, Müll wurde nicht aufgenommen/geleert).

Negative comments: The whole experience was ruined by the room stinking of cigarett smoke and in the middle of the night I had to change room since the ventilation is shared between the neighboours room full of smoers and my room. Apparently you have to fill in at the website that you wish to stay in a non-smoking room. Then it should be clearly stated at the website this hotel is the official lung cancer hotel of Budapest. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away from your hotel and I have posted warnings on facebook. If you want international guests, and not just chimneys from Russia, then you should aim to be a bit more modern. In the rest of Europe, non-smoking is the normal situation. Smokers have to make sure they don't bother the non-smoking guests. Too bad because apart from that your hotel would have been nice.

Positive comments: Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprach englisch oder sogar deutsch! Die Zimmer waren groß genug und sauber, die Bäder gut geputzt, die Betten prima. Da es draußen sehr kalt war, waren wir froh, dass die Zimmer prima geheizt waren. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig, es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch, am Fuße der Elisabethbrücke. Man kann viel zu Fuß machen,in Laufnähe ist ein Supermarkt der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, auch sonntags! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top! Negative comments: Das Treppenhaus wirkt etwas abgewrackt. Das Frühstück findet im Matyas-Keller statt, der zwar sehr schön aber zu Tagesbeginn vielleicht ein wenig düster ist, aber das sind nur Marginalien, s.o.
